In this respect, they consider the following elements: preparation and reporting the "Comply or Explain" Statement, developing corporate governance score and corporate social responsibility. The study method is non-participating observation, which involved the registration of the reported information in the "Comply or Explain" Statement by the companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in order to ascertain if they are applied elements of corporate governance and transparency ones.
