This study is a deeply qualitative research to expose existing problems to improve the basic skills of low-qualified adults. Semi conducted interviews were made with 6 job and occupational consultant from ISKUR (Turkish Employment Agency), 5 job experts from Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry and 5 vocational education experts from Public Education Center. Results of this study showed that there is no systematic approach for institutions dealing with employment affairs in Turkish organizations. Black African immigrant students? identities are formed and shaped by their indigenous experiences; this influences their socio-cultural development in Canada. Recognizing and promoting diversity and inclusion through its Federal Multiculturalism Act (1988), Canada preserves and enhances the multicultural heritage of all Canadians. This exploratory research seeks to understand the exclusion of African indigenous knowledge in the education of Black African immigrant students in post-secondary, and specifically investigates how effective multicultural approaches to teaching and learning can create more promising educational experiences for Black African students in Canada. The study provides insights into how Black African Immigrant students can reclaim their identities and explore opportunities for ongoing personal and social development within a multicultural society. Using an Indigenous Research Methodology frame, this qualitative research study applies critical theories that are grounded in indigenous knowledge systems. Suggested strategies and approaches will serve as an educational resource for all immigrant students in Canada who are on diverse pathways to bring about change in their communities, challenge the academy and educators in general to develop and implement effective multicultural education, and draw government and policy-makers? attention to significant and unacknowledged gaps in purposeful educational advancement of Canada?s multiculturalism goals. Black African Immigrant students? confidence and perceptions of their African identities can and do play a critical role in the ways and manner in which they approach Canadian education. Collective efforts amongst students, educational institutions, and governments within a multicultural society will lead to more promising educational experiences for Black African Immigrant students in Canada. While doing this research I started by studying the literature on human resources management and the ways in which management practices in the field (evaluating human resources, recognition and rewarding, professional development, team management) have an influence on innovation among teachers from the pre - universitary school system. The hypothesis of the research is represented by the causality relationship between human resources management and innovation. A supportive human resources management can be perceived as a beneficial method of sustaining innovative behaviour. Drawing on the synergies between Freire?s and Dewey?s notions of reflexive practice, the presentation reports the theoretical foundations and the preliminary results of a doctoral thesis that explores the phenomenon inside a Chilean school as a model of continuous professional development (CPD). The institution has been conducting a CPD programme based on a social constructivist approach aiming to increase teachers? agency for approximately 10 years. Considering the expectations of institutional policies, as well as different contextual factors that may shape the pedagogical uses of ICT, the study explores the ways in which teachers use the reflexive practice model as a means towards conscious incorporations of technology. INITIAL TRAINING IN AN ORGANISATION Abstract: Entrepreneurship manifests itself in economy in a variety of ways. The development of the entrepreneurial space among future employees is fundamental towards a healthy economic growth, as well as a compulsory condition for a durable local and regional development. Transversal competences such as creativity, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit help the future employee develop its critical and creative thinking, innovate in its own field of activity. In broad terms, any future employee has to have access to entrepreneurial education through all types of education and training, disregarding their level. The current research represents the most important findings regarding identifying the key competences that support an entrepreneurial culture in the initial training period. The data obtained is the result of applying a survey on a representative sample of teachers in pre-university educational system in Dâmbovi?a county, teachers who carry out their activity in theoretical and vocational high schools. This has served to outline an overview on the role and the importance of entrepreneurial education in the initial training of future employees. Determining the skill level of individuals to design and develop the adaptive assessment tools correctly and effectively is a very important step. The composed adaptive assessment model has mainly two parts; 1-) Demographic Features including General Demographics and Skill Based Demographics, 2-) Skill Based elements including literacy, numeracy, and digital skills. The conceptual framework creates an infrastructure to integrate sections of adaptive evaluation systems such as entry point, item pool, stopping rules, time issues, content sampling, exposure controls evaluation rules, test organization, scoring method and algorithm.
