According to many researchers, ensuring the satisfaction of employees increases organizations? performance by providing maximum efficiency. The Herzberg job satisfaction theory is the most well-known theory and consists of two parts, hygiene (internal) and motivational (external). Hygiene factors, which are success, self-determination, job description, and responsibility, improve job satisfaction. On the other hand, motivational factors provide job satisfaction through business policies, salaries, management, supervision, business lines, interpersonal communication, status, job security, and communication with the top management, and their lack could lead to dissatisfaction. The objective of this study was to research the impact of Balanced Scorecard on employee?s well-being, its theoretical frameworks and concepts, and empirical researches. The research investigated relationship between BSC and organization performance through monetary and non-monetary perspectives and effect of BSC on well-being. Non-monetary analysis has been done through the questionnaire of State of Michigan employees and simple random sampling technique was used in the study. In data analysis, job satisfaction survey, organizational commitment survey, positive leader survey and BSC survey were examined. Data analysis has done with SPSS 28.0 statistical program. The correlation coefficient was calculated to determine the severity and direction of the relationship between the scores obtained from the scales. Monetary (financial) analysis has been done through the financial data between 2000 to 2020 of State of Michigan. Multicollinearity in Regression Analysis has been used to measure financial performance of organization. The findings of this study are that BSC significantly increased organizational performance and had a significant impact on employee well-being. The output gap that exists between observed and the potential output indicates an opportunity for further output growth. To estimate the production risk and technical inefficiency effects the study was employed a cross-sectional data that collected from 320 sampled red pepper farmers in the study area. The results of the study confirmed that the translog (transcendental logarithmic ) production model specification was the best-fitted model. To estimate the level of technical efficiencies, this study was employed the stochastic frontier model with flexible risk properties that able to considered production risk. Hence, the output fluctuation is evaluated from both production risk and technical inefficiency sources. The estimations results of the mean output, production risk and technical inefficiency models provided by using a one-step maximum likelihood in the sfcross command with STATA16 software. The study justifies the presence of technical inefficiency and production risk in the red pepper production process. The input variable fertilizer, seed, another cost of agrochemicals and labour positively affect the red pepper output. The study also shows that the red pepper production technologies exhibit increasing returns to scale in the study area. Fertilizer, seed, costs of agrochemicals reduce output risk whilst labour increase output risk but its effect was insignificant. This study finding demonstrates that the causes of technical efficiency differentials among sampled red pepper farmers in the study area. The average technical efficiency scores of red pepper farmers are 62.5 per cent in the study area. There is a significant difference between the estimations of the production risk-adjusted and not adjusted averages technical efficiencies. The market information, extension contact, and gender being head household positively related to technical efficiency. The age of household head, the prevalence of diseases, family size and education at college and above level negatively related to technical efficiency. This study recommends that inputs for red pepper production should be made readily available, affordable and accessible to farmers so that more may be employed to further increase output. Challenges and Resources at Work Abstract: The growing number of today?s leaders represent millennial leaders who have their specific approach to leadership work. This was a qualitative study in which 28 Finnish leaders from Great Places to Work companies were interviewed. The study had two purposes: the first aim was to understand what kind of leadership-related challenges millennial leaders describe and the second focused on analyzing what kind of resources they identified when dealing with these challenges. The interview data was analyzed with the qualitative content analysis. Two types of challenges from the millennial leaders? perceptions could be distinguished. These were the challenges for the future and challenges related to human activity. When it came to resources, a passion for leadership and a positive and confident attitude toward challenges helped leaders. The findings were also discussed against the elements of Grit (interest, practice, purpose, and hope), which showed that leaders? perceptions when analyzed from this perspective contributed a new theoretical viewpoint to Grit and a practical model for analyzing today?s leadership challenges and coping. One of the critical risk concerns is runway safety and the increasing demand for aerodromes without accidents which is often associated with environmental and pollution consequences. Risk assessment considers probability, location, and consequences of risk for accidents has been made. The proposed models empower engineers and aviation staff for an aerodrome in Gevgelija for usage with risk and environmental points of view. The main focus is on the decision-making process, context, and environmental impact on the ICAO regulations where the framework for runway development was confirmed. The elaborated model can be used for planning aerodromes and construction of aerodrome infrastructure. Choosing the most favorable location between the three locations, the choice of the most favorable was confirmed by the risk assessment kept in mind. The methodological approaches are the critical analysis of the relevant literature and the application of the linear regression in the EViews 10 software. There were used the EU countries with complete data in the databases in the period from February 2020 to September 2021. The linear regression was applied in order to find out the main determinants for total and new positive cases / total and new deaths. The main determinants for total positive cases are: Human Development Index, median age and life expectancy with a negative impact and aged 65 older, extreme poverty and masculinity with a positive impact. The main determinants for new positive cases are: aged 65 older, control of corruption and masculinity with a negative impact and life expectancy, median age and positivity rate with a positive impact. A similar investigation was conducted for total deaths and new deaths in order to assess the pandemic crisis. The main determinants for total deaths are Human Development Index, median age and life expectancy with a negative impact and the main determinants for new deaths are the positivity rate with a strong positive impact and the Human Development Index with a strong negative impact.
