Especially, it has appeared as an alternative to solve social problems including the high rate of unemployment, job insecurity, and the gap between the rich and the poor as it was selected as one of 100 national agendas for state affairs government projects since the inauguration of the new government. In Korea, people are growing more and more interested in social economy as the legal bases related to social economy including ?the Social Enterprise Promotion Act? in 2007 and ?the Framework Act on cooperatives? in 2012 were prepared.Gimhae first enacted an ordinance for revitalizing social economy in Gyeongsangsnam-do to do community projects by supporting social enterprises? foundation and development and will first establish a ?social economy support center?in September, 2018 in the Yeongnam area. This study tries to analyze the characteristics and support policies of social economy in Gimhae by doing its theory and the general status of its organizations including social enterprises, cooperatives, community-based enterprises, and self-support companies in it, and by conducting interview style surveys on activists of social economy organizations of Gimhae. For current social economy of Gimhae, the number of businesses is lower than that of other local governments and there would be companies suffering practical operation. Normalizing operation is needed through implementation of consulting for suspended companies. Gimhae is still at a rudimentary stage despite great efforts to develop it. Therefore, for facilitation and growth of Gimhae city?s social economy, not a policy focusing only on quantitative index growth, but consulting and proactive promotion, finance and education support are needed for improving autonomy of sustainable social economy organizations. Rather than direct support of the government and local autonomous governments, specialized support activities where civilians participate in Gimhae city?s social economy support center. The study tries to provide basic materials of social economy in Gimhae and seek for solutions to develop and revitalize it in the future. A Qualitative Research in Hungary Abstract: Technological inventions make the health care system more democratic. The patients increasing knowledge and awareness have an essential role in this. With the help of the Internet, not only the physician can follow the behaviour and condition of the patients more closely, but the patients are also able to monitor the doctor's work effectively. The new generation of patients actively deals with their health-related issues. They gather information with search engines and online social networks, and they turn to the health care system after they possess some knowledge about their medical state. We study, how the so-called e-patients change the most often paternalistic doctor-patient relationships. We conducted interviews with patients who invest considerable energy before consultations or treatments to find out the possible causes of their condition and the treatments available on the Internet. We conducted interviews with patients with severe chronic illnesses because we assume that they are motivated in gathering knowledge about therapeutic possibilities. The research question is how they use this knowledge in the doctor-patient relationship. Results show that these patients look for new online information constantly and thoroughly about their medical state and the possible treatments. They feel that they arrive at the consultation with more knowledge about the specific illness than what the doctors have got. In the end, they cannot speak about it because of the current constraints of the medical consultations. This enables and fosters increased participation among the local community to tackle the effects of the disaster. This study focused in determining the level of performance in the implementation of the programs of the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Committee (BDRRMC) in Barangay San Miguel, Compostela, Compostela Valle, Philippines for C.Y. 2015. The Community has been awarded as the Best Implementer in disaster risk reduction management in CY 2015. The result captures the interest of the researchers to substantiate the result from the community. This is a descriptive survey method utilizing a survey questionnaire administered to randomly selected respondents from the barangay. The result reveals that there was a high level of performance of the BDRRMC in the implementation of the disaster risk reduction management plan due to the sustained efforts of the local officials and the community residents. It is recommended that such ?disaster preparedness? culture should be continued through regular and strict monitoring in the implementation of the DRRM plan and initiate more efforts relating to disaster preparedness contingency plans and measures. The government, as an organ of the state, also assigns some of its duties and authorities to the public official. A public official is a functionary appointed and discharged by the authority of the state, represented by the government, and authorized and obliged to serve the public in certain matters because he or she participates in exercising the authority of the government. Notary, as a general functionary or public official, performs state duty in making authentic deed in order to serve (if requested) society; and the authentic deed made is a state document. In its development, there has been a shift of the notarial position as a public official ? who is a part of the state organs ? to become no longer a public official but a general profession. This is because if there is a legal issue concerning the authentic deed that is made, it is often contested through the general court rather than through the administrative court of the state. Therefore, the role of the state is necessary in strengthening the legal system. It generates significant impacts on both the volunteers and the host community. This paper takes Meixian Team (Meixian Dui) as the case study. College students in Guangzhou, Southeast China, travel to Meixian County to help with primary teaching in rural Guangdong Province. This paper sheds light on how volunteer experience impacts on the participants of volunteer tourism, and how the volunteers transform the host community. Young volunteers develop their personalities during their journey of helping rural children with limited resource. These volunteer tourists manifest how their experience resulted in shifts in personal attitude and world views of Chinese colleague students. In the meantime, the short stay of the volunteers brings changes in the host community, although the sustainability of the benefits to the local villages remains questionable.?
