Human Noise Behavior is checked by identifying a source and a sink of noise i.e. a person making noise and a person affected by such noise. The whole data of correspondences, court/public notices and presentations by the author is deposited on a public repository. The Czech healthcare system is considered to be one of the most advanced healthcare systems in the world, but is very often criticized as being too ?technological? and ?scientific? and the psychosocial aspects are neglected. The social competencies of doctors are expected, but not enough attention is payed to their definition, development and creation of conditions for their application. We need to change the curriculum for undergraduate and postgraduate doctors? psychosocial preparation. The research focuses on gynaecological and obstetric specialization, where the need for a psychosocial approach is seen as being essential. This paper reviews the conceptual and empirical literature in order to develop a model of the various aspects of the doctor-patient relationship encompassed by the ?patient-centred? concept. Based on the empirical studies we identified ?best practices? that should be essential for education based on the competency for undergraduate and postgraduate doctors? preparation. The main methods are three focus groups for six doctors at different levels of experience and nine in-depth interviews with expectant mothers who had varying experiences with parturition: spontaneous parturition, planned caesarean section parturition, long-term hospitalization up to four weeks. The main outcome of the study is to describe the best practise of doctors/obstetricians, which is acceptable to doctors and corresponds to the needs and expectations of mothers. The author presents circumstances (referred to as countertypes) which, by way of exception, exempt certain behaviors from criminal law prohibitions. These considerations are based on the model of crime adopted by the Author, derived from the concept of conjugate norms, widely accepted among Polish criminal lawyers. At the outset, the author points to a universal nature of criminal unlawfulness, which allows him to conduct investigations based on the selected model of bearing criminal liability. The study population included 211 at-risk adolescents and 271 normative high-school students. Participants filled in questionnaires on demographics, personality variables, and level of alcohol consumption. The research variables were selected in accordance with the four components of the Youth Resiliency model: having a significant adult in the child?s life, positive daily experience in school, sense of self-worth, and sense of healthy social connectedness. The findings revealed similar variables leading to drinking in both groups, with heavier drinking in the at-risk group. Overall, religiosity was a major defense against drinking, although in the normative groups its protective effect was found only among older, financially stable adolescents. Being male, older, and holding a job were risk factors. Self-disclosure to parents, teachers, and friends was found to be a dichotomous contributor to drinking, so that the less adolescents disclose to parents and teachers and the more they disclose to friends, the more they drink. The main distinguishing personality variable between the two groups was avoidance, which contributed only among normative adolescents, acting as a defense against drinking. The significance of the findings and their applications are discussed. In order to make visible the living conditions of migrants in street situation once they have been deported or have arrived in the city looking to cross into the United States, an interview was structured and 8 people were found in the streets near the international bridge Reynosa-Hidalgo and near the lodging houses for migrants. As a result, the number of migrants arriving in the city exceeds the capacity of the assistance houses to accommodate all migrants who need it, as well as the intention of the people to return to the United States and the lack of economic resources to pay again to cross illegally or return to their places of origin. This situation results in migrants sleeping on the streets, alleys and makeshift houses, exposing themselves to aggressions by structural elements of the State and local criminal groups.
