University of Sapienza is the largest European university by enrollments and one of the oldest, being founded in 1303. It is also one of the most prestigious. Sapienza educated numerous notable alumni, including many Nobel laureates.
The Faculty of Economics is one of the 11 faculties of Sapienza University. It enjoys an excellent reputation and has an average student population of 10,000 with a high percentage of students coming from outside Italy.
University of Sapienza has more campuses and Faculty of Economics is somewhat distant from the main campus.
From the Leonardo da Vinci Airport (Fiumicino):
Airport Leonardo da Vinci is connected to the city centre by a direct train, Leonardo Express, which brings you directly to the city’s main train station, Termini. From Termini use Metro to the station Policlinico. Then walk southeast along Viale Regina Elena, take the first turn to the left to Viale dell Universita and then take the first turn to the right to Via del Castro Laurenziano. The Faculty is on your left.
