GOVERNANCE AND SURVIVAL OF THE SMALL COMPANY: CASE OF THE MOROCCAN COMPANIES

Abstract:

The studies concerning the survival of the small companies are repetitive. However, the question converning the factors which make it possible to guarante the perenniality and the good governance of the small companies is not very frequent. It is thus clear that there exists a lack of oretical and empirical obviousnesses which il is advisable to fill. It is in this direction that the interest of this work is registered. It acts in our work, to identify these factors, thus their strategy and way of managing which allowed them to secure a certain perenniality. Our research is related to a exemple of small companies located in Morocco. Interest of our study and to allow the leaders small companies thus withany person being interested in this question, to better understand the conditions of the good governance and the perenniality of the small companies. To answer the question of research, we passed by various stages, initially, we conducted a documentary study which enabled us to formulate the question of research as our methodology of research, while being based on the literature treating the small companies and by making recourse to the Ministry for the economy and finance. Second, we passed to the data gathering concerning operation, the organization and the way of managing of the small companies.
