Abstract:
This keynote speech is focused on the machine learning technique, specifically neural networks, which can be used for statistical analysis for economic topics. First part of the speech will focus on the description and architecture of neural networks. Second part will show practical examples how we can enhance neural networks knowledge and I will show comparison between traditional techniques for example for prediction of time series data. Also, I will describe which neural networks works best for different kind of datasets. Third part will include the guideline how we can build neural network ourselves and what are the options and limitations of usage of neural networks.
Keywords: neural networks, machine learning in econonomy, LSTM, GAN, CNN
