Through the creation and validation of a comprehensive questionnaire, these dimensions and their impact on productive development were investigated. The findings highlight the importance of emotional intelligence and professional competencies, in addition to cluster formation, as key elements for microenterprise competitiveness and sustainability. It is suggested that promoting these areas can enhance innovation and cooperation among microenterprises, contributing to their growth and consolidation in the market.
