Abstract:

Summary: The problem this paper is about to discuss is how to take advantage of performance management in the development of faculty members in Prince Sattam Bin Abdul-Aziz University, and so objective is to provide an idea about the use of performance management in the development of faculty Prince Sattam Bin Abdul-Aziz University, and to answer to the question "How to take advantage of performance management in the development of faculty members in Prince Sattam Bin Abdul-Aziz University?" Therefore, the theoretical literature of this field has been reviewed and analyzed to identify the most important features and the most important performance management procedures for the development of faculty members in Prince Sattam Bin Abdul-Aziz University, and to identify the most appropriate development methods, precisely, (enable workers, the field of re-engineering, the area of value engineering, the field of total quality management and the field of comparative superiority).
