- I fully understand the nature of the IISES conference activities both on and off the conference premises.
- I am aware that my specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are my responsibility and that I should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates.
- I understand and accept that the IISES will not be liable where any failure in the performance of the conference or the conference tour is due to: me; or a third party unconnected with the conference or the conference tour and where the failure is unforeseeable or unavoidable; or unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond control of the conference organizer, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised; or an event which the conference organizer or its suppliers, even with all due care, could not foresee or forestall.
- I understand that there may be risks and social and economic losses not foreseeable at this time. I fully accept and assume all such risks and responsibilities for losses, costs and damages I can incure as a result of my participation in the IISES conference.
- I herby declare that I will not sue the IISES, its administrators, conference organizers or directors from all liabilities, demands, claims, losses, damages or expenses on my account.
