Keynote Speaker

Petr Mach, Ph.D.

Petr Mach studied statistics and finance at the Prague School of Economic and Business, where he received his Ph.D. in finance in 2003. Since 2010, he has taught macroeconomics, microeconomics, and game theory at private and public universities. He was a Member of the European Parliament from 2014 to 2017. From 2002 to 2025, he worked as the Head of the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Finance and Administration in Prague. Since 2026, Petr Mach has served as Deputy Minister of Finance of the Czech Republic.
