IISES International Academic Conference, Paris

International Institute of Social and Economic Sciences organized the IISES International Academic Conference, which was held on September 10 - 13, 2019 at the FIAP Congress Center, Paris, France. 

The conference was co-organized by the University of West Bohemia - Faculty of Economics.

Keynote Speaker Professor Edwin Theron from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, delivered the speech "When Service Recovery Goes Wrong – The Harmful Effect on Trust".

Two complimentary bus tours to Versailles and Giverny (Claude Monet Gardens) were included for the conference delegates.

Best Paper Award has been conferred by the Program Committee to the author of the best paper presented at the conference.

All submissions were peer-reviewed. All accepted papers/abstracts have been published in the Conference Proceedings at our website. Proceedings are indexed in: RePEc, Google Scholar, Research Bible and Research Gate.
