10th Business & Management Conference, Paris

International Institute of Social and Economic Sciences organized the 10th Business & Management Conference, which was held on September 10 - 13, 2019 at the FIAP Congress Center, Paris, France. 

The conference was co-organized by the Czech Technical University - Department of Construction Management and Economics.

Keynote Speaker Professor Edwin Theron from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, delivered the speech "When Service Recovery Goes Wrong – The Harmful Effect on Trust".

Two complimentary bus tours to Versailles and Giverny (Claude Monet Gardens) were included for the conference delegates.

Best Paper Award has been conferred by the Program Committee to the authors of the best paper presented at the conference.

Submitted papers were double-blind peer-reviewed by our external reviewers, based on originality and technical quality. Accepted and presented papers have been published in the Conference Proceedings at our website. Abstracts were published in the Book of Abstracts.

Proceedings of the 10th Business & Management Conference have been included in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI); integrated index within the Web of Science™ Core Collection, Clarivate Analytics.
