5th Economics & Finance Conference, Miami

The International Institute of Social and Economic Sciences organized the 5th Economics & Finance Conference which was held on February 9-12, 2016 at the Savoy Hotel, Miami, United States.

Keynote Speaker Professor Carolan McLarney from the Faculty of Management, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada, delivered the speech "Influences on Employee Reward Strategies in International Organizations".

Best Paper Award has been conferred by the Program Committee to the author of the best paper presented at the conference.
