The Abu Dhabi Educational Care Center provides scholastic services for juveniles in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This qualitative study investigates school policies and roles and responsibilities of educational managers, to enhance educational equity on the practice level, for at-risk- juvenile offenders in Abu Dhabi. Findings on relevant policies and institutional management shed light on educational equity, inclusion. And sustainable education.
