The IISES processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679. The personal data contained in the application are required for the performance of the contract (registration, billing and publishing the proceedings, book abstracts, journals, etc.). The IISES can contact you at any time by email or direct shipment.

The IISES will store all data based on these rules:

• personal data belonging to the conference participants will be retained for the minimum period involved in the performance of the contract, in particular: online publication of the conference proceedings, conference program, book of abstracts,
• personal details of participants who do not complete the registration by paying the registration fee will be stored in the database for one year. After this time, personal information will be deleted unless the IISES is given a time unlimited consent to keep this data active.

Consent to personal data (is not obligatory)

"I agree with the personal data processing by International Institute of Social and Economic Sciences s.r.o., ID No.: 06178278, registered office: Trebesovska 2038/14, Prague, 193 00, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as Administrator), to the extent: name, surname, address, telephone contacts, e-mail contacts for following materials sending: commercial offers, news, special discount events and scientific information. These materials would be delivered by email, telephone or personally by the Administrator's staff. At the same time, I agree with sending these business materials pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll - later Regulation (EU) e-privacy.“ The consent can be canceled any time, or you may object to the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing by sending an email, logging out of the mailing list using the link it in bulk emails or personally by communicating your will to the Administrator staff.

„I agree that mentioned personal data may be provided to third parties in justified cases related to the activity of the Administrator. These are persons providing the IT and Administration services in the information systems necessary for the activities of the Administrator (hereinafter referred to as "Processors") when the Administrator is obliged to conclude a contractual relationship with the Processor. Based on that relationship the Processors are bound according to GDPR by the same protection of personal information and their processing. The Administrator will process personal data through automated security systems."

In addition to these personal data, we also process data about legal entities that are not subject to this regulation and are not required to consent.The IISEScan contact its aktive clients (for direct marketing purpose) without their further direct consent to processing of personal dataHowever, our clients´ right is always to object to such processing of personal data (see Article 21, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

In case of any questions regarding the GDPR regulation or if you wish to withdraw your consent given previously to the IISES or do not wish to be considered an IISES client, do not hesitate to contact us at info@iises.net.

• I fully understand the nature of the IISES conference activities both on and off the conference premises.
• I am aware that my specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are my responsibility and that I should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates.
• I understand and accept that the IISES will not be liable where any failure in the performance of the conference or the conference tour is due to: me; or a third party unconnected with the conference or the conference tour and where the failure is unforeseeable or unavoidable; or unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond control of the conference organizer, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised; or an event which the conference organizer or its suppliers, even with all due care, could not foresee or forestall.
• I understand that there may be risks and social and economic losses not foreseeable at this time. I fully accept and assume all such risks and responsibilities for losses, costs and damages I can incure as a result of my participation in the IISES conference.
• I herby declare that I will not sue the IISES, its administrators, conference organizers or directors from all liabilities, demands, claims, losses, damages or expenses on my account.
